Personal Finance Advice

by PF Journal

Personal finance advice is readily available at many different websites all over the internet. You can find personal finance advice relating to almost any personal finance topic.

You should always seek independent financial advice before making important financial decisions unless you feel you’ve done your research thoroughly and competently.

Remember that almost anyone can write about personal finance information and put it on the internet. You have to question the expertise of the website providing the information and their motives (eg. are they trying to sell a product or service). Often, personal finance advice often has a “sales pitch” hidden in the advice.

Just like in real-life, when you talk to a financial planner or accountant, you need to be sure that you are using information that you can rely on.

Many personal finance websites (like this one) provide personal finance articles and information “in good faith” and for “educational purposes only”. Please read our disclaimer for more information.
